How often should my pool be serviced?

For most residential pools in Orange County, weekly service is the sweet spot: enough to keep chemistry stable and catch small issues before they become expensive. Pools with heavy tree coverage or heavy use may need twice-weekly visits during summer.

What's included in your weekly service?

Skimmer and strainer basket cleaning, water testing and chemical balancing, filter inspection, tile line cleaning, and a full equipment visual check. You get a brief report after every visit so you always know the state of your pool.

Do you offer one-time cleanings, or just contracts?

Both. We do one-time pool rescues (green-to-clean, pre-party cleanup, post-storm) and ongoing weekly service with no long contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Are the chemicals you use safe for kids and pets?

Yes. We use industry-standard chlorine and pH balancers, applied at the right concentrations and given proper time to disperse before swim time. We'll flag anything that requires a wait window and recommend lower-impact alternatives for sensitive skin when relevant.

How quickly can you respond to an equipment problem?

For existing weekly-service clients, we aim for same-day or next-day diagnosis on pump, filter, heater, or leak issues. For new clients, we typically book an inspection within 2 to 3 business days.

Do I need to be home during service?

Not at all. Most of our clients give us gate access and we handle everything while they're at work. You get a summary after every visit so you know what we did.
